Roaring 20's Virtual Bash

Registration:

Registration is free, but is required. Registration will be available until April 25th, 2020 at 5pm MT.

Live Event Zoom Link:

Once you register, a Zoom link will be sent for the live event the morning of Saturday, April 25th, 2020.

Silent/Live Auction:

You will be able to view our silent auction items starting at 8am MT on Saturday, April 11, 2020. Our live auction will open at 8am MT on Friday, April 24th, 2020. The silent and live auction will end promptly at 8pm MT on Saturday, April 25th, 2020.

 Purpose:

The Virtual Bash will help raise the critical funds we need to navigate the COVID-19 crisis while we continue to serve our mission to connect public school students to the outdoors and empower them to take action to improve their schools, the community, and the environment for future generations.

 Attire:

Since the Virtual Bash is online, you can wear whatever you want. Extra style points and prizes may be awarded to those with the best "Roaring 20's Flair

Schedule of Events

6:00pm - 7:00pm MT

6pm: Welcome and Opening of the Event

6:10pm: Cocktail/Mocktail Lesson: Make a whiskey sour with our friends at Distillery 291

6:20pm: Executive Director Interview: Ford Church, CI Founder and Executive Director, will speak briefly about why this night is so important

6:30pm: Action Project Update: Learn more about the impactful Action Projects our students have put together this past year with CI Special Events Coordinator, Vicki Whisenhunt

6:40pm: Programming Update: How CI is responding to the crisis with CI CAP Instructor, Erin Angel

6:50pm: Cottonwood Institute Video and Paddle Raise with CI Board Chair, Chris Franks from CleverFunnel Digital

7:00pm: Ending the event with a massive, live, virtual toast!

Auction will close at 8:00pm MT.
